MATERIALS & PROCESS
Made with Attention to Every Step
Reliable welded wire mesh begins with suitable raw materials and controlled manufacturing processes. From steel wire preparation and mesh alignment to precision welding, surface treatment, roll formation, and final inspection, every stage contributes to the quality and performance of the finished product.
Goldpeak welded wire mesh is produced from selected low-carbon steel wire. This material provides a practical balance of strength, flexibility, and formability, making it suitable for welded mesh products used in gardens, farms, animal enclosures, and outdoor DIY projects.
Before welding, the steel wires are straightened and positioned at controlled intervals. Accurate alignment of the horizontal and vertical wires helps create consistent square openings and an orderly mesh surface.
The wires are then securely joined at each intersection through resistance welding. Controlled welding creates a stable mesh structure while helping maintain consistent spacing and alignment across the finished panel.
For galvanized welded wire mesh, the zinc coating forms a protective barrier over the steel surface and helps improve corrosion resistance in outdoor environments. The finished product has a clean metallic appearance and is suitable for chicken coops, rabbit enclosures, garden protection, tree guards, and general outdoor projects.
For PVC-coated welded wire mesh, an additional exterior coating is applied to provide added surface protection and a clean black finish. The black coating allows the mesh to blend naturally with gardens, landscaping, wooden frames, backyard enclosures, and other outdoor structures.
After welding and surface treatment, the mesh is cut according to the required width and length and formed into rolls. Controlled roll formation helps keep the product compact and makes it easier to store, transport, unroll, and install.
Before shipment, the finished products are checked for specification accuracy, visible mesh condition, surface finish, roll formation, labeling, and packaging. Protective packaging is used to help reduce unnecessary damage or deformation during storage and transportation.
By paying attention to every manufacturing stage, Goldpeak works to provide welded wire mesh that combines reliable materials, consistent construction, and practical outdoor performance.
